My Story
After spending over 15 years in the Corporate world, I found myself struggling to balance home life and a demanding corporate career. As I devote myself to parenting, caregiving, and true partnership, I didn't want to sacrifice my career, and my hard-earned skills during this phase of life. I decided to pursue my ultimate career dream of consulting, and launched Experience HR! I bring a wealth of HR experience; starting my career at a small start-up SAAS business, and most recently supporting the M&A process (twice-over) for a global manufacturing organization. I have exceptional experience in utilizing HR technology and data anatytics to support business needs, and have created processes and resources for small, mid-size and global organizations.
Life doesn't happen without personal connection and relationships! Not only do I enjoy building relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, I also enjoy sharing my authentic self. When I'm not working, I am a mom to my daughter, a "fur mom" to my mini-goldendoodle and caregiver for my parents as they navigate end of life health. As a family, we enjoy camping, kayaking, reading, baking and staying active. On occasion you'll find me enjoying the Renaissance Festival, going to live concerts or on the Mississippi River in my Kayak.
